Time to Get Fit Fast - It's the Era of Gaining More from Less

It's time to get fit fast! Too much going on in life--work, school, kids in the way? There's no need to spend 1-2 hours working out to receive the mental and health benefits that come with exercise. No matter how busy we can all be, 30 minutes or less is all that is needed! Use these time-saving tips to get the exercise you need to stay healthy. It's time to spend less time working out without sacrificing results!

1. Do compound movements instead of unilateral movements!

2. Limit rest periods.

3. Do more high-intensity interval training.

Sample Workout Plan

Warm up.

  1. DUMBBELL SIDE LATERAL RAISE. 3 sets of 8-10 reps. Short rest between sets.

  2. DUMBBELL CHEST PRESS. 3 sets of 8-10 reps. Short rest between sets.

  3. SEATED CABLE ROW. 3 sets of 8-10 reps. Short rest between sets.

  4. DUMBBELL HAMMER CURL. 3 sets of 8-10 reps. Short rest between sets.

  5. BARBELL SQUATS. 3 sets of 8-10 reps.

Cool down.
