Our mission at 30 For Life is to create awareness of the mental and physical benefits of exercising. We aim to provide you with the right treatment that could improve your quality of life as well as help increase your lifespan. So what exactly is our treatment, and what is the dose? Our treatment is exercise, and all you need is 30 minutes or less a day!

Don’t let “I don’t have time with work and/or school…”  be your excuse any longer. At 30 For Life, you will find workout plans that you can fit into ANY schedule! Spend just 30 minutes, which is ONLY 2% of your day, being active with your choice of endurance activities or resistance training.
